Wow, can you believe International Jewellery London has come and gone by again? It is somewhat of an annual tradition for us, and we always make an effort to attend – catch up with industry trends, old (and new) friends/colleagues, discover new talent such as Rebecca Wilkes – her novel approach and use of 3D printing, results in beautiful pieces of jewellery.
We went on Sunday, the opening day. Highlights this year include the uber cool, raw and real Rock Hound (@therockhound), the hidden gem that is Silver May (@silver_may), and insightful discussions on ethical jewellery at Alex Monroe  (@alexmonroejewellery) and Aya Africa (@aya) – the latter a lot closer to home for us, as the designer hails from Zimbabwe and emphasises the importance of fair trade, knowing gemstone sources, and not compromising on style.

Hopefully we didn’t leave the carpet threadbare (jesting of course, but we did cover a lot of kms on the day), overall another successful and fun-filled day!

Until next year!…
